These scales are playing a very important part in my weight loss journey. I have now realised that there is more to just weight loss. It’s about BMI and fat percentage. I was eating less calories than I was expending which made me lose weight initially which brought my BMI down (which I was told by the scales) but my fat percentage wasn’t going down that much. This is because I was losing a lot of muscle mass. I am now going to the gym in order to try and maintain muscle mass which was all caused by these scales!The large screen is very useful for me as I don’t have the greatest eyesight. I have had no problems in reading the screen at all as it is nice and clear. My parents have been making use of the heart rate feature as they now know what it is. My mum is now having a bit less sugar due to it. They don’t know the last time they tested heart rate before these scales!10/10 would recommend as it is a bargain at this price

Was looking for a replacement of my Withings scales which have died on me this time I wanted a replacement that was a better price had a good look round Amazon and decided I would try these as I want to monitor my training & health, I like the fact that these have so much information. I like the quality they look attractive, sleek & modern design they also match my bathroom. I connected to the app without any issues using Bluetooth. I wanted to change the scales to stones and wasn’t sure how to do it so I contacted Customer Service via email and received a reply with in a few hours with a video on how to do this, which was very helpful as it can be done in the app and showed on the readings on the scale and not just in the app. It gave me the confidence that if I do have ant issues they will be addressed in a timely manner. So the scales do what they say they do, the app has loads of information that I am looking forward to using in my health journey.
