I have suffered with low back pain for 20+ years. Today I am super happy to report my pain is near gone. I got this pillow in a last ditch effort to try and avoid an invasive implanted device in my spinal cord. I was scared to do it, so I made a commitment to go hard on core strengthening exercises to help my spondy and stenosis. I saw this type of pillow on the book of Faces and was intrigued. It claimed to cure sciatica. It was $150, too rich for my blood. Came to the Zon to find similar pillow for less money. And found this gem, for $35. Much more my price range and it had same features. Best $35 I have ever spent.I lay on it after my workouts and run it on the automatic cycle. The heat and the lifting traction feature are my favorite. I am pretty sure the traction contributed to making space in between my vertebrae, which was compressing and pinching my sciatic nerve. Now it is decompressed some and already feels so much better. Wish I had bought it sooner. The quality seems good. Its a soft fabric that is comfortable to lay on. I docked it a star, because the charging cable that came with it broke after one week, and it also doesn’t hold charge for more than two cycles. I am managing the issue by having cord near by to recharge after each use. My exercise program is helping. I also bought a lumbar support sleep pillow. I believe the combination of these three things is what has essentially healed me of 20+ years of back pain! I am in shock and disbelief still, like it’s a dream. SO THRILLED but feel like I need to pinch myself to make sure it isn’t a dream!!
