Amazing product, well-priced, worth the spend.
I’ve several of these in the past. Some of the foam rollers worked well enough, but tore up easily. Others were probably just more advanced than what I could handle (Hurt too much, but probably great for others.) This one was absolutely perfect.. I also liked the convenience size, and the things it came with which fit into the roller, and has a convenient carry case. Was a perfect addition to my home gym. Came in I think the next day, and was well packed.

A Great Recovery Tool!
I got this foam roller set to help with muscle soreness and mobility, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer! The main roller is solid and high-density, which makes it great for deep tissue massage and really working out tight spots. I use the back roller all the time, and it’s doing an amazing job at relieving tension in my back.The set includes different tools, but the massage ball was the least useful for me—I just don’t reach for it as often. However, the other pieces make up for it! The rollers feel durable, the material is high-quality, and everything works just as expected.If you’re looking for a versatile set for muscle relief and recovery, this is definitely worth getting. It’s effective, well-made, and helps a lot with tightness after workouts or long days!

This kit provides value for the money with 5 stretching tools.The rollers provides the needed firmness and pressure to release the tight muscles when used.My favorite is the ball. I typically use this most for my back and shoulders against the wall. The balls provides the short length to release the ache.

Completely improved my ITBS and Knots!
As someone who suffers from ITBS and bad knots especially around my traps, I’ve gone through all sorts of massagers, massage guns, and all sorts of trigger point tools. Sure they would work for an hour or two but it eventually came back even with lifestyle changes. However, after finding this set, I’ve seen continuous improvement and almost all my pain is gone!Every item is solid, durable, and very firm. Other rollers I’ve tried just didn’t really hit the spots I needed especially when focusing around the IT band but this one really gets all of it. It helps too to have the roller stick for moments where I couldn’t exactly do a full routine on the ground or if I need a quick back stretch/massage. The biggest surprise of it all for sure though was the ball. It’s just the perfect size and really focuses on whatever spot you need to. My previous one was just too awkward too use to really get it but this does it perfectly.Of course, one of the reasons why I got this is because of the elastic band that came with it. Afterall, I needed to strengthen my IT Band as well. It’s just the right size with the right amount of resistance. Best of all with this set, I can easily stack them into the roller and keep it all in one bag. I’ve honestly taken it with me while traveling too it’s that easy.

Good Product for Stretching
Normal foam roller and stretching things. I used it personally once but my partner uses all the time. He loves! Good to stretch and get soreness out.

Love this thing. Keep in mind that it is pretty firm even though it appears to be squishy and have some give to it. If you want it to be comfy know that this may not be the roller for you. It works great getting out big body knots. Comes with a bag you can sling over your shoulder for the gym. Photo with my lady hand for size reference.

Strong Smell and Too Hard
The set looks nice and comes with many pieces, but the plastic smell is quite strong even after a few days. Also, the foam roller is much harder than I expected, making it uncomfortable to use for longer sessions.
