    I’m enjoying these prompts
As soon as I hit the order confirmation button, I thought I’d probably just wasted my money. I had the same thought when I received the book, but I’ve been using it daily ever since and am enjoying the prompts and believe they are actually helping my stress levels. Not only do the prompts help me identify and reduce my stressors, they are helping me to see ways to help myself in various areas of my life. I’m currently on week 9 and I feel so much happier and less stressed. Much cheaper and less time consuming than the counselor I was considering seeing. Most of the prompts can be answered in just a few minutes but occasionally one will hit a nerve and I find myself writing (and solving my issues) for 30 minutes or more. I’m so glad I purchased this journal. It really is helpful.

Super helpful to reduce stress! My go-to gift for family and friends I care about
I have been using my journal for a week now and it has been super helpful. The prompts and daily questions help me take time to reflect on myself, my goals, aspirations, concerns, and bring peace to my mind. Free journaling or writing has never been easy for me, I find it overwhelming to not have a direction. However, the guiding questions are specific and have helped me get into the practice of journaling every day. I keep the journal on my nightstand and only need 5 minutes a day to complete the questions. While it may seem very little time, these 5 minutes of journaling have helped feel less stressed and have allowed me to calm my mind. I have already bought 3 journals for my friends and family as gifts. This will be my go-to gift from now on for those I care about because it will help them take care of their mental health and wellbeing. I love it and plan to buy one every year to continue this practice.

    Easy to use
Very easy and colorful journal to use and the prompts are very easy to answer.

Great info, hard to write in book.
The guided journal is well written and gives great ideas each day to focus on for the week. Writing in the journal, though is difficult due to the binding. It does not lay flat and is very awkward to write.

If you’re struggling, GET THIS BOOK and feel better soon
I’m a tad picky. But this book is amazing. So amazing that my therapist is now picking up a copy for herself to learn new ways to engage with her clients.Doesn’t make you over think. It’s based daily/weekly. Each “section” has 7 questions. Is set up to be done daily, but can be done weekly. Each section is a theme such asHealthy livingGoals and purposeCalm and resiliencyEtcThe author did an amazing job. It doesn’t take long to complete. It’s quick but gets your mind thinking, but about you.You need to take care of yourself to be able to take care of others. This is a great workbook to help you focus on that.

    Great Idea, Poor Format
I want to love this book. I love the idea of this book, but I think it’s safe to say I actually hate the book itself.I’m on Week 16. I hate how small the book is. It should be at least twice the size – there’s barely enough room to write in each section and the lines are too far apart from each other: Unfortunately I write as big as the space allows and I’m out of space almost immediately. Also it should be spiral bound so it can lay flat. Writing into the crease is ridiculous. As I made the commitment to finish when I started, I’m suffering thru it. My best advice would be to get a separate notebook to answer the questions. Unless you write tiny.

    Well Thought Out Concept
I love the daily entry concept and the fact that every prompt is different. I wish there was a little more space to write but still a great book nonetheless especially for the price. Concept is very well thought out. I bought another journal that literally has the same page for the entire book. Definitely would not have bought it if I realized that. Very lazy concept – I could do that in my own spiral notebook. This, on the other hand, you can tell that a lot of thought and care was put into making it for users.
