Awesome Kegel Trainer Set!
I’ll start by saying that I am in my 40’s and have had 2 children. My first was a c-section, and the 2nd was a vaginal delivery with forceps. After the forceps delivery, I was never the same down there, if you know what I mean. I can’t cough, sneeze, run, jump, or even laugh too hard without bladder leaking. When I came across these, I decided to give them a try.My first impression is that they are very well-made and high quality, which is important for a product that you are meant to put in such an intimate area, so that’s a plus.There are many different weights and options, and I wasn’t sure where to start, so I started with the lightest ball but that was too light. What you want is to feel like it’s wanting to fall out of you when you are standing up, so that you have to use a little bit of kegel strength to hold it in. I was surprised to find that even with the heaviest ball, that was still too light when I was using just 1 single ball.The good news is that this set comes with the option to use 2 balls at once, but I worried that even the 2 heaviest balls wouldn’t be enough, in which case, this set would be useless. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case. I tried the 2 heaviest, and that was way too much, so I did some experimenting with different weights until I found the sweet spot.Now I just started using this set yesterday, and I absolutely did not expect to be writing a review this soon because I wanted to give it time to work before deciding what I thought about it, but I can honestly already say that I’m seeing a difference! I’m using the same weights today as I was yesterday, and I am automatically holding these in much easier and without having to make a conscoius effort, so they must be working! I anticipate that soon I’ll need to switch out one of these balls to a heavier one.I’m excited to be doing something to help myself with an issue that I’ve been dealing with for so many years, and I can confidently recommend this product for ladies who may be in the same boat!

Strengthen Your Kegel Muscles
This set contains six different weights and a 90 day plan to do your kegel training and strengthen those down below muscles. Being silicone, these are easy to sanitize and wash. I found the process intimidating, but did the first two sizes over the period suggested. This is a great way to strengthen those muscles on your own timeline with a supportive plan form the manufacturer. While I cannot say this is a comfortable experience, you can move at your own pace. These provide a great value because you get a full set that allows you to complete the training. They are easy to use and manipulate with a little practice. The design allows you to costomize your fit as you go. There are a lot of health benefits to this strength training, and I encourage you to consider giving this process a try in the comfort of your home.

Discrepancies and duplicates
– Soooo I actually had a different plan for these. I work with infants strengthening their grasp, and got them for that. In the past, the only thing I had ever found was fishing weights, but those are uncovered lead (which have been used with adults but obviously not with children).- Unfortunately, the weights listed on the listing and those in the instructions don’t match up; and there are multiple different eights per color. They should have labeled them on the actual balls, but of course they didn’t. So I weighed them myself.- WHY have duplicate weights in a set when according to the included manual they have other weight options?
