Great quality for the price, use every day
I’ve had these for a little of 3 months and use them every day. It’s my first set of adjustable DB’s so not a lot to compare to but these seem to do the job well. Swapping weights is super easy and they hold on firm when out of the rack. No worries about them fall when doing DB bench press due to the design. The rack is pretty simple and somewhat easy to return back when done with weights. Sometimes it’s a little finicky to get it just right to set it down, but overall not an issue.

Good for the price
One of my biggest concerns was safety of adjustable dumb bells and these are very safe. You have to put them in the trays to change the weights so there’s no weights potentially falling off while working out. They’re great for at home work outs when you can’t make it to the gym or just want something simple that doesn’t take up a lot of space. Would recommend these.

Great for beginner workouts
I got these adjustable dumbbells for my husband, who’s new to working out, and they’ve been really practical. Since the weights are adjustable, he can start with lighter ones and gradually increase as he builds strength, which has made it easier for him to stay motivated. The dial works smoothly, so switching between weights doesn’t interrupt his routine.The dumbbells feel sturdy and well-made, with a comfortable grip that doesn’t slip. They also save us a lot of space—having one set that covers multiple weight options means no clutter. It’s been a great way for him to get into fitness at his own pace without needing a bunch of equipment.

Quality way below expectations
Energy interchangeable dumbbells are NOT worth buying, I was very excited to receive my weights, I bought a nice bench and all. These weights took a month to come in and I just got them today. Quality is absolutely trash, weights move around even when locked be careful using these when working out as they do not feel very safe. Weights are low budget weights and the plastic handle makes for a very unsure and uncomfortable work out. Walmart sells a way better product at just 100 dollars compared to these that were far more expensive than that. Wouldn’t even be worth sending back wouldn’t know how long it would take to get my money back being as though it took a month to receive… over all disappointment in this product and I wish I would have done more research

Easy to store away and to use
It took me a little bit to figure out how to work these things. Very important to look at the arrows they have put on each weight and when placing the weight back in its holder to match the arrow with the holder. If you don’t do this, because of the way these things work in terms of the “twist to get a different weight” you have to take the weight apart and put it back together.Once I got that part down, these have been fantastic and so much better than having 5 different weight sizes sitting around.

Good quality and great space saver
These dumbbells are a great addition. They save space and provide the flexibility of doing low weight high reps and or high weight low reps. They’re very easy to select the desired weight and store much easier than the traditional set of dumbbells. Quality seems to be good and the price was on point.

Good but not great
These are good for the purpose intended but not the best quality so I guess you get what you pay for. Have to make sure you line up the right way or weights don’t lock in or come out.

Dial up weights
Have not used them yet. I bought them for when I visit my dad out of state, so they’re at his house for me to use when I go home. I know I’ll like them because I have a set of BowFlex dial up weights for myself. So this brand I’m sure will do the trick.
