I haven’t been sick in years (and probably just jinxed myself)
I travel a lot for work and take these during flu season, because people on planes. trains and Hotels are just plain gross. It could very well be a placebo, but I have not been sick in years. The last time Iwas sick, I was not taking these things. The flavor is not horrible. They are easy to take/chew and must help my immune system (if not, they could be a big scam)My one complaint is that if they can cram all the immune support viatamins into two tiny gummies, why can’t they cram them into one just a little bigger Gummy? It may be in my head, but I really feel like these are a great way to keep from getting sick!

Great quality,tastes great,great packaging.My husband and I take daily and it helps us not get colds and flus.We are not getting sick like we used to, so I feel it is definitely working and helping.Easy on our stomach,real sugar not fake so we don’t get stomach aches.our stomach have issues with the artificial sweeteners.But we have to calculate sugar intake to make sure we don’t have too much sugar in our diet.We continue to buy regularly and would highly recommend.

These are both good vitamins and a sinful candy. If this works for you, it really works well. There is a certain cognitive dissonance relative to eating candy to make one healthy. But if you are an adult, you can probably accept this with only minor anguish.Now if I were training kids not to emphasize sweets, perhaps not. Honestly, I was never any good at that with my own kids… so take this into account as best you can.

Good quality, odd flavor
I gave these a try for something different – I usually get the Airborne citrus gummies. These have a different shape (button shaped) vs. the citrus one, but have the same gummy consistency. I found the elderberry flavor a little strange and strong, so probably won’t be getting these again. But I did finish them. Not sure if it’s a placebo effect, but I seem to get fewer colds when I regularly take Airborne, so I’ll keep it up!

Good Tasting, Easy to Swallow
This my favorite brand to support my immune system. I welcome the good tasting gummies that are easy to use. I only need to chew until dissolved. This method is a far superior alternative versus taking yet another large capsule/pill that is difficult to swallow. I believe this brand to be of high quality and have consumed different versions over the years. The properties of elderberry juice along with minerals, herbs and Vitamin C is a healthy, additional benefit.

Yummy vegan 180mg dose of vit C!
Super yummy, vegan, and only 180mg vitamin C! Do you know how hard it is to find a normal physiologic dose of C? You can only find 1000 mg and 500mg mega doses (sometimes 250) which all seem like a bad idea and worsen my GERD.These gummies fit the bill exactly!
