Highly effective pre-workout with BCAA’s — use caution
I’ve been using this pre-workout for 2 years. I’ve tried other low- and high-stimulant pre-workouts, and this one has become my go-to. I take it on workout days about 20 minutes before lifting. Effects usually kick in within 10–15 minutes and last through the workout, sometimes for the rest of the day. It mixes well if shaken properly. The taste is a bit sour but decent, with no aftertaste.Energy and focus are strong — if you’re well-rested, you can push more reps until failure without feeling the burn. The added BCAAs help with recovery, and you shouldn’t burn out if you work different muscle groups each day. Rest days are still important.Side effects: It can mask fatigue, so be careful not to overtrain. A good indicator of fatigue is if you feel muscle burn during a workout or your reps to failure decrease. It may also affect sleep if taken later in the day.Best for experienced lifters who know their tolerance, though beginners can use it if they ease in.Overall: Great value for the energy, focus, and recovery support. For years I’ve been a user of pre workout supplements, and it’s always hard to find the right one. Either they’re too strong, give you jitters and arrhythmia, or you simply feel nothing and they even taste horribly.Came back to good ol’ Animal brand and decided to give it a try after a long time of not trying these brand. This supplement is great and it’s a balance of strength, effectiveness and good taste.Does a great job for me to get me ready for the workout without revving up my heart and giving me jitters. I’ve been taking this for some months now I would say 4 1/2 to 5 months. It is so good. I love that it has additional BCAAs in there. I want to advise that it is very STRONG! For the caffeine sensitivity’s folks!In the beginning I did not follow instructions to take half a cup to start and I took a full cup for my afternoon session in the gym, and I was awake to the wee hours of the morning lol!!My recommendation is to start with half a cup and see how you feel now in days I do morning gym, so I take a full cup right away because I need that energy and it lasts me pretty much all day.As far as taste, it definitely does have that chalky taste, which I don’t mind and I also don’t drink it with 8 ounces of water either. I drink it with very little water, maybe 2 oz just to take it in.

Der Animal Fury Pre-Workout Booster überzeugt mich vor allem durch seine gute Wirkung und Qualität. Der Koffeinanteil ist genau richtig – mit 350 mg spürt man eine klare Leistungssteigerung, ohne überdreht zu sein. Bei regelmäßiger Einnahme merke ich deutlich mehr Kraft und Ausdauer im Training. Der Booster lässt sich gut mit Creatin oder GlycoPump kombinieren, wenn man den Effekt noch verstärken möchte.Ich bin nicht koffeinempfindlich, daher passt die Dosierung für mich perfekt. Der Fokus ist etwas schwächer als bei manchen anderen Boostern, dafür gibt es keinerlei Nebenwirkungen oder Crash – was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Für die tägliche Einnahme ist das Produkt gut geeignet und unterstützt meine Trainingsroutine optimal.Einziger Nachteil: Der Geschmack ist in allen Varianten recht bitter (ich habe alle schon probiert und Green Apple schmeckt bisher am besten) und könnte definitiv verbessert werden. Im Vergleich schmecken die Animal Juiced Aminos, die ich als Intra-Workout nutze, deutlich besser.Trotzdem gibt es von mir volle 5 Sterne, weil Wirkung, Verträglichkeit und Zusammensetzung einfach überzeugen.

I’ve tried a couple and been loyal to a competing brand for a long time. Tried this for a change and it’s just amazing quality. Best way to describe it is that it gives me fantastic endurance and energy but without the “buzz” or agitation. I can workout for longer and go harder but I don’t have the same tingles and “buzz” feeling I get off other preworkouts. Superior formula and great flavour.
