Very nice remote with a ton of customization, seems to be a higher end RF remote (you don’t have to point it at the lamp). Time functions, brightness and color temperature, and presets.The controls on the light are nice, simple for when you need to turn it on and make some adjustments.It even has a little light so you know the timer is set.This felt very high quality, exceeding what you would expect for the price. Setup is super super simple (and customizable for height)

I bought this lamp on a recommendation for seasonal depression. It was easy to put together. It works wonderfully with the remote. It’s heavy enough. I don’t worry about it tipping over and I love all the different settings for the brightness all in all I feel that’s a very good purchase. I’ve only been using it for about a week, but I feel that it helps my mood quite a bit and it’s very relaxing. I would definitely recommend it.
