Worth every penny!
I really love this product. Dissolves easily. Tastes great. I work hard near daily in the garden in intense Florida heat. This helps me keep hydrated and I feel the ashwagandha working. My nails are also growing fast. It’s pricey but nothing as expensive as frappes and other specialty coffees which dehydrate the body.

No more sweet cravings!
I’ve only been taking for about a week, so I’ve only noticed a new chances so far and I must say it’s been amazing so far. I have a sweet tooth, especially in the evening and I’ve noticed the past few days and I haven’t craved or even wanted sweets. I needed to bring a dessert to a party and I couldn’t figure out what to make cause sweets just didn’t sounds good at all! That’s huge for me!! I like to take it in the afternoon when I’m usually needing a pick me up. Gives me just enough energy to finish up my work day with no jitters and doesn’t keep me awake when it’s time to go to bed. Taste is good, I mix it with 8oz of water and chug it. Looking forward to seeing many more changes as I continue taking it!

Picky drinker here! I am super sensitive to artificial sweeteners of all kinds and super picky when it comes to these kind of drinks. These flavors are incredible- I’ve tried the raspberry and strawberry kiwi. They are sweet so I dilute with a lot of water for the flavor power I like and I really like that you can adjust in that way. It doesnt have the fake ultra-sweet taste and dissolves quickly without any chalky or funny texture. I have noticed in the past few weeks that my nails are super strong! I guess that’s the most obvious physical change but I do think it is helping my mood in a way and definitely helps me drink a ton more water!

I can say I do have to water down a lot because it’s too sweet for my taste, but it tastes good. The bad thing is, for some odd reason, I get really bad headaches when I take this. Should I take half a pouch? Please help.

Weird reaction
I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to for this one. First; this flavor tasted like sugary penicillin. It was almost impossible to mix. It would seem like it would all be mixed up and then I would take a drink and get a mouthful of gritty powder. This also made me feel really weird. My head would get tingly and start burning after I drank it and my eyes would get itchy. It also made me very tired almost dizzy. I’ve taken lots of supplements and never had this problem. Maybe I’m allergic to something in the ingredients. But just a warning! And also curious on if this bothered anyone else because I haven’t read any reviews that talked about this! Was really hoping this would work for me!
