This device is very comforting. Every evening while watching television I use this heating pad to soothe my aches and pains. I have bought four of these, three of them for other family members and the last one for myself. The customer service, if required, is speedy and highly responsive. Definitely five stars all around!

Broke after six months! **UPDATED**
Because this was recommended by Bob & Brad I thought the product would be of good quality.I bought this heating pad in late November of 2024.Within a month the digital readout broke and it was hard to make out the numbers. Fortunately, I knew that if I clicked the button once, it would be setting #1 and twice for level #2 and so on.Over the past several weeks I noticed that it wouldn’t heat up to the higher settings and was only lukewarm at best.Today, just six months out, a horrible odor came from the pad and I had to unplug it fearing it was about to catch fire. It smelled like burning rubber. It was on for just five minutes and I hadn’t used it in 24 hours.I have used this heating pad nearly every day for 30 minutes or so each day, usually on a lower setting, so it hasn’t been overused.Poor quality aside, I also found this heating pad to be cumbersome and the electrical cord too stiff. You might find, as I did, that the weighted aspect of the heating pad to be too heavy if you have chronic pain and or fibromyalgia, making it difficult to adjust and maneuver.It is soft, though, so that is a positive.Overall, the quality is quite poor and could be a fire hazard. I wish I could get a refund._______________________________________________________________________________UPDATED 6/3/25I contacted customer service via the BOB & BRAD website and received an immediate and very kind and friendly response. I was issued a replacement heating pad within two days, not aware there was a 2 year warranty with the product. I was reluctant to try a replacement but ultimately felt it was the fair thing to do as I respect the BOB & BRAD brand. I know they would want customers to have a good experience with one of their products.Top notch customer service!I’ll update if the replacement pad breaks down.

I really enjoyed the fact that this was a weighted heating pad. The heat penetrated sore, tight muscles. The heat and timer controls were easy to use. Unfortunately, this heating pad only lasted four months. I didn’t purchase it on sale so the that made it all the more disappointing. If it would have lasted at least a year, I would have given it 5 stars.Update!After writing this review, the company reached out to me and resolved the issue. I am grateful for such diligent customer service. I’ve been a massage therapist for twenty years. I can honestly say that I really like the way this heating pad uses moist heat to relax the muscles. The weighted feature is perfect to help it stay in place.

Excellent product
Excellent product. I did however have the power connector port on the pad become disconnected within one year of the two year warranty window. I contacted customer support and received immediate attention with Excellent, and friendly service resulting in a replacement heating pad and an additional 3 months of warranty. Great product and impressive customer service!

Large Than Most Heating Pads and Adjustable Heat
Great product, and larger than my old heating pad. I noticed the trick in getting it to work is to press and hold the on button. At first I thought you just tapped it and nothing happened-so I thought it did not work but when I pressed and held it it automatically turned on. You can set not only the heat level but the time level as well.

Not durable or long lasting
Sadly it lasted less than a year with moderate use. Smelled something weird when I last used it and then it just didn’t turn on again, realized it had died and that the burning smell was the pad. Glad it didn’t catch fire. I never sat or laid on it as instructed but it really didn’t last very long.
