This is by far my favorite pre-workout supplement! I have been using it for years , Despite the fact that packing was changed the product meets my expectations. Gives me energy and endurance for the entire workout! It’s easy to mix with cold water and im fine with most of the flavors from the brand. You can add a bit to your morning green tea for extra focus and dissolves easy ! Always impressed with the quality of this supplement! Helps your body to handle a stronger and intense workout! My personal suggestion ( mostly all pre workout supplement ) shake the container for about 5 seconds before scooping and start with half scoop and build up your tolerance!!

Solid Product but Compatible Products for Better Prices Elsewhere
I’ve been using the C4 Hawaiian Punch pre-workout but always liked BSN products. I used their pre workout years ago and loved it, so I decided to try it again. It still works, but it’s now twice the price and the formula seems different. For the cost, I’ll stick with C4, but if you don’t mind paying more, BSN is still a solid choice.

This is my husband’s favorite pre work out. In his words, “it gives me the best pump before working out!” No jitteriness, give him the pump he needs before/during working out. Does not get tired throughout the day either. Loves the flavor options the offer and uses daily.

Very good pre-workout
I really like this pre-workout powder for several reasons. First and foremost, it doesn’t make me feel sick and jittery like some other pre-workout powders do. You do still definitely feel it, but it doesn’t feel like it’s too much or like it’s going to make your heart beat out of your chest. It gives you a warm feeling as your energy levels increase. Also, this powder contain both creatine monohydrate AND beta alanine, which not all powders do for some reason. You also get caffeine obviously, 275mg to be exact which is a pretty hefty dose but it did not make me feel sick or jittery. I think this powder is pretty balanced compared to some of the others, and the price is good for 30 doses. I tried some while doing my cardio last night and I was able to complete it with much less effort than usual, and even still had the energy to lift weights almost immediately after. and when I was done, which was late evening, I was able to wind down nicely without it giving me insomnia or anxiety. Also the flavor I got (watermelon) was good and the powder dissolves quite easily. There were no clumps in the powder and a measuring scoop is included in the jar. Overall I am very satisfied with the price and performance of this supplement and think it’s probably really good for beginners also who are hesitant to try more intense supplements. I see some a couple of reviewers experienced itching and nausea but I did not experience either of those things. Everyone’s body is different though, but for me this deserves the 5 stars. Time to put this on subscription!
