Tea every evening
Celestial Seasonings Chamomile Tea is one of my favorites for winding down. The flavor is smooth, light, and calming with no bitterness. It’s perfect in the evening and really helps me relax after a long day. I love that it’s caffeine-free and made with quality ingredients. A comforting tea I’ll definitely keep stocked.

Helps Me Stay Calm While Working
This tea works well for me and helps keep me calm while working from home as a software engineer. Some days can get pretty stressful, and this is what I drink either during work or after I’m done for the day. It’s soothing, tastes great, and is a good value for the money.

It tastes great & is so good for my digestion. I like this package. The other box contains 2 tea bags connected. When I separate them, they often rip.

Works well for me
These are very handy when you just know that you won’t be sleeping well. I doubt it helps everyone that drinks this tea. Personally I like the taste of it and yes it helps me to drift off to sleep without the feeling of taking medication to help you sleep. I wake up feeling like I can conquer my day. Packed well and will continue to purchase.

Cannot be regulated, but still a great option
my doctor says, “stay away from teas and supplements, bc they are not regulated.” but this tea is my go-to for upset tummies. it seems to work 98% of the time. Put a 1/2 – 1 cup of boiling water, in a glass measuring cup, put in the bag, let it steep for several minutes. Then, it is super strong flavor. you can put just two ounces into the serving item, cup/bottle, with your sweetener of choice (be wise about what you use), and then, fill the rest with bottled water, maybe refrigerated, to cool down the hot water. always test it. if too hot, i put in a filtered water ice cube, or two, until the temperature is okay for serving. it just makes more sense to prepare a smaller amount and add the cold water to it, and have it ready sooner. i do not know what it is about this tea’s ingredients, but it is a good mix. ask your doctor before giving anything. i use it bc my personal doctor, from when i was 18, said to use it. but my current doctor, was against it, when i mentioned i use for upset tummy issues.
