Worth the investment for a good night’s sleep
Honestly think this tea is pretty good. While its not the ‘best’ tasting tea its still pleasant to drink and its not really made for that, this is tea with a purpose and I think it serves that purpose well. I find it hard to slow the thoughts in my head sometimes while trying to sleep but this tea gives me a level of relaxation I haven’t felt in a long time. 10/10 imo, works exactly as advertised and worth the investment I think.

Exactly what I needed
This tea is so good, it helps me fall right to sleep. It has a pretty strong vanilla smell when you start to steep it, and I was worried that meant it was going to taste too strong and artificial. The aroma subsides after a few minutes while steeping, and the taste is perfectly balanced and not artificial tasting at all. I think it is delicious, and has a much fuller flavor than other sleep teas.I usually drink it about 45 minutes before I want to go to bed. About 20-30 minutes in I start getting drowsy. It definitely makes falling asleep easier for me. I usually sleep for 8-8.5 hours and don’t notice any grogginess in the morning.The tea looks like typical chamomile tea (slightly yellow) and I don’t see anything artificial like coloring listed in the ingredients. I have given a few bags to family and friends and they all ended up buying their own box. Definitely recommend trying this is you have trouble falling asleep.

Love it, very energizing
So this is a great energizing tea. I have it every morning, and I’m definitely more alert and productive with it. No crash later on in the day. However, if I don’t have it, I do get a massive headache. It says ‘no headache’, but I get the headache w/out it (just no crash the same day). Probably addicted to caffeine, but I didn’t have this problem before with just straight black tea. And it’s really expensive for tea, but I’m so energized and productive with it – I really like it. It’s pepperminty-flavor. I had been doing straight black tea for years, but this is definitely better. I try some days to go back to black tea, and it’s nice, but doesn’t quite have the pick-me-up that this does. I add a little honey to it for sweetness. Yum! The price is a real drawback, but it’s quality tea. If you purchase directly on website instead, you can subscribe and purchase more at a time (e.g. 60 bags every 2 months) and it’s cheaper. I definitely use my subscription! Still love it. Update: Oh no! They’re out of stock! I have tried in vain to find a good replacement (end up mixing mint and black tea…not the same…at all). Soooo sad! This is really the best tea out there. I love it. My favorite morning ritual. Will need to stockpile some when they are back in stock so I never have to run out again! 🙂

Smells awful, but tastes delightful!
I’m currently drinking my cup of tea before bed, thanks to another user’s advice I’m starting my cup 45min before I want to sleep. This tea smells so gross, but it is delicious! Very strong floral scent, like made my entire kitchen smell like a big bunch of marigolds or petunias. I like sweet teas, so I added some fresh honey. The flavor is exactly as the box is labeled, vanilla, lavender and chamomile. It is delicious, not bitter at all and I left it to steep extra time. If it works for sleep, I will likely buy more.

This is a lovely tea with a lavender aroma and great taste. I did not notice any effect on my sleep at all, but still, its a nice way to end the day and a comforting drink before bed.
