This did not work well for me at all. I’m providing an honest, unbiased review. I DID NOT receive this product FOR FREE.I caught it on sale so the value was great but it’s very ineffective. This does not have roller balls; it has one, unusual rectangle in it that moves vertically. It barely touches the skin so NO DEEP TISSUE ACTION.This design is being made by so many, I thought it was surely going to relax these tight muscles and knock out the knots, NOT even close.Pain relief- I experienced NONE. I was frustrated trying to press against it so that I could get a good massage and it’s not shaped to do that. BTW, it’s very tiny so it will not work for larger, more muscular individuals.Heat-it’s the only good feature but I wasn’t shopping for yet another heating pad. I needed a shiatsu massager and this is not shiatsu.Patterns-it has 3 that all stop in thirty minutes. No matter 1, 2, or 3, it’s very WEAK. Look, I’m a small person and this just wasn’t hitting any spots. You should know that the 3rd setting is some wacky start-stop pattern massage (???) see my video!With good conscience, I honestly would not recommend this product! The neck massagers with multiple rollers will provide you with the relief you need for deep tissue and Swedish massage. This is a “FAD” product. I will say that perhaps this is the reason it was truly half off.Do not buy this. I’m being very direct. Hope this helps! 🥺
