Positive changes
I’ve been using the Daily Nouri Menopause Probiotic for about a week now, and I’ve definitely noticed some positive changes. The combination of probiotics, resveratrol, and Ahiflower omega oil seems to have a good effect. I feel a bit more balanced and energetic, which is a huge relief during this phase of life.The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it’s one pill a day, so it’s simple to incorporate into my routine. While I haven’t had a drastic reduction in hot flashes yet, I do feel like the night sweats have been more manageable.The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is that I haven’t felt a huge shift in my mood yet, but maybe that will come with continued use. Overall, it’s a great supplement and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a gentle menopause support option!

Update. I’ve been using these for a month now and the hot flashes are gone. I see other reviewers who haven’t had the same results, but maybe it’s the body chemistry, idk. I know that for me, this product has truly helped.I started using this four days for help with hot flashes. They were driving me insane!!! After four days the hot flashes have indeed gone down. I went from 4-7 episodes throughout the day, and waking up 2-5 times a night soaked in sweat. The first night of taking this pill, I woke up once. Slightly, uncomfortably warm, but not sweating. As of today, my nights haven’t been disrupted by hot flashes and I’ve gotten one to two episodes a day, but they’re so mild I’m hardly noticing them. I went from losing my mind to almost normal. I’m going to have to keep these on hand at all times. They’ve truly been a game changer!
