I’ve had major issues with hair shedding for the last several years. Although this can be due to a lot of different underlying medical issues, my doctor recommended taking a supplement like this that could help address some of the possible nutritional causes of my hair loss.It contains a variety of vitamins as well as things like Collagen and MSM.I haven’t noticed an overnight difference (I’ve been taking it a couple weeks), but it may just take a bit more time to see full results.The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no weird taste or after taste. Each bottle offers a 30 day supply. (Dosing is 2 pills daily).

I ordered these because I have been taking biotin to strengthen my hair and nails. I am deimayed that this product also includes a variety of other vitamins that were not mentioned in the description. Since I also take a multi-vitamin, I do not want additional vitamins in my biotin.

These might have been a bad batch.
I have purchased these vitamins before and they weren’t nearly as yellow looking and smelly as this package. I think these may have been a one off bad batch. I don’t know. But I am going to order from the vitamin company I started with and see if they come in the same. Maybe I will post the photo’s of the difference. Too bad you can’t tell on odor. I also had some cramping after taking one.
