Better than Barney
If you think of Barney and Grimace (pun intended) when you hear big and purple then you are ready for next level body relief. It is very sturdy. I am a larger woman and it definitely holds up and gets deep into the fascia and muscle. I am working on better mobility and this roller was a great choice for loosening my tight – well – everything.

Did you say core?!!
My daughter and I both love this. She is a competitive dancer and uses this almost everyday to roll out and loosen her muscles. I use it for that as well but also to do deep core/lower ab focused exercise. It is an amazing asset if you struggle with your lower abdomen. Using it for deep core has really helped strengthen my core.

Fun color, true to size, not smooth to touch
I like the color and it does the job, but it’s not smooth. It has a rough surface that’s unpleasant to touch. Not bad enough to harm carpet or scratch anything, but uncomfortable to handle when you’re used to the smooth ones (nails on a chalkboard kind of thing for me).

Great addition to your stretching routine
Great quality but find a good place to store it or your blind dog will constantly trip over it. but other cited dogs may think this is a great toy and it probably floats so it could be used as a possible swimming aid.
