I like using the blocks with the grips cut out for your hands. The knee pads are great, provide a lot of relief and keep me from injuring my knee. I use the belt for stretches and to carry the blocks and knee pads.

Worth the money
The blocks are so awesome. I only gave 4 stars because the kneepads are not good for me. I tried with the straps and no straps and they do not help the pain at all so it’s probably my arthritic knees.

I have not had the chance to use them yet, they just came 2 days ago. I did test for quality and comfort. They are very sturdy and easy on my hands and knees. That is very important because I have had both knees replaced along with a third surgery to reattach my patella tendon to my knee, which left two permanent knots on my knee.
