I tried Dr. Emil’s menopause relief and liked how it helped with sleep and I felt more relaxed while taking it. My mood swings were less and I felt more energized. I’m not thrilled with taking pills, but this is a capsule and goes down easy. Definitely worth trying.

They were gone for 2 yrs. I’ve used regular Black Cohash. These have more herbs in them. My flashes are not as frequent during 1 day.

I bought this and used for about a week. It made absolutely no difference in hot flashes, or anything else for that matter. Maybe it works for other people, but it is a no go for me. Sadly, I wasted my money, but I knew that was a possibility!

Has most of the all natural remedies that actually work!! I was skeptical at first but they have helped me so much!! I only take two right as I start work and keeps me from becoming the giant puddle I was turning into before. These truly are a miracle worker!!

These do not get rid of the hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings totally, but they bring all these symptoms down to where you are able to deal with them with relief. My symptoms were on 100 (lol) and now on a scale from 1-10 they are at about a 4. I will be buying a 2nd bottle so I don’t run out. Took about 6-7 days to feel a difference.
