The Pilates Ring for my Physical Therapy routine
I ordered this piece of equipment to help with exercises recommended by the physical therapy center for my upcoming hip replacement surgery.It comes with a large wall chart that has many exercises for a complete workout.It is very sturdy which surprised me, because it isn’t metal but some kind of plastic. It is actually less pliable than the metal one at the P.T. center.I use it for a slightly different version of the yoga bridge pose. And for a couple of shoulder exercises.I am very pleased with this Pilates Ring. I think the price is right, too.

MAYBE IT WILL NOT WORK WELL FOR MALES
I just feel it very soft when I put pressure on it. Maybe for females it will work fine but for male I think is too weak when we put pressure on it. The good side is it has an illustrated plan for several exercises with the ring that I think is very helpful.

Great Pilates Ring with Instructions
The ring is sturdy enough to feel pressure on muscles. The best thing is that it comes with an instruction poster with complete body workout.Additionally it also has a bag that can be used to store and carry ring and poster also if someone do not want to hang it on wall. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
