I took these as directed for 2 months and I noticed a difference in my nails and skin, nothing great hair wise, but they were good as a supplement to a good regular vitamin. No doubling of vitamins, just added minerals/herbals that enhanced your daily vitamins. Be warned, I liked it enough to reorder WHEN they went on sale, BUT, unlike what was advertised on Amazon, the second batch was different with less amounts than I got the first time! Bait and switch. Overall, too expensive for what they do, and the sneaky change of formula turned me off for good.
