33 days after it was bought, it leaks and is not usable. There is only a 30 day guarantee. There was only normal use. It worked well for a few uses.

Back savor on long flights
Wow I love this thing. Helped me on the 9 hour flight. I used it mostly half way inflated (as fully blown it’s very puffy which probably better for a road trips). Its pretty large to even be a head pillow for camping. Size about 15x14x3.5. I also purchased super small pump so I can inflate it in seconds. I also like that it has a valve so you have to press it to deflate (to avoid accidental deflation). Very compact when folded. The only thing , I think the price is a bit high for what it is. Will see how long it will last

Disappointed
It started out nice and was working great. This is my 4th try with a blow up back support and they all eventually develop leaks. Great idea, but I haven’t found one to last.

Not enough support – too thin
This is too thin. I had a different inflatable back support pillow that was great, but I accidentally popped it, & it was temporarily not being sold on Amazon. So I tried this one. But, this one does not compare to the other inflatable pillow I got (by Plieren). Fortunately, Amazon is now selling the Plieren one again, so I bought that one again instead & it is much better.

Works great on a chair
I used in a hospital chair and it worked great! I didn’t find it as comfortable on the airplane though. I tried changing the firmness by adding and releasing air, but still could not find a level where it was comfortable. I think it might be because the airplane seats protrude a bit on the sides, so the pillow edges gets pushed forward and the middle sinks back.

I use this pillow to raise my head to help with acid reflux. I also use it to support my back while sitting and typing. I like that it can be inflated to suit your need.
