What is Kegel training?
A series of exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. They can be performed unassisted by contracting and releasing the pelvic floor muscles, or supplemented with the use of weighted or unweighted balls inserted into the vagina.
How does it work?
By contracting then releasing the muscles in your pelvic floor you strengthen the muscles as well as the muscles surrounding the uterus and bladder.
How do I remove it?
To remove, gently pull at the string like you would remove a tampon. Take a deep breath, relax and go slow. If you experience resistance or discomfort, try removing it in a warm bath or shower. Wash your hands and Kegel Training Set after each use.
Why should I exercise my pelvic floor?
Having a strong pelvic floor may be helpful for regaining muscle strength and toning after giving birth, strengthening bladder control, to reduce the risk of pelvic organ prolapse, and to improve pleasure for more satisfying sensations.

To Work Those Muscles That Might Prove Inadequete With Regular Dumbells.
Hello Cake Kegel Training Set:This product is a good option to help assist those wanting to learn kegel exercises to strengthen and control the pubococcygeus muscles and might have difficulty doing so on their own. While big biceps and chiseled abs take center stage, most overlook these smaller and easily overlooked muscle group when it comes to getting buff, particularly for those who due to age or medical condition, might be experiencing the detrimental effects of allowing these muscles to atrophy and whose gym might not necessarily have the proper equipment that targets this area. The wife found them easy to use, the three different weights allowing a gradual progression of increasing difficulties and they were effortless to clean afterwards. They definitely made doing kegels more intuitive and already made an adequate difference in prolapse improvement. We can definitely recommend these for any woman wanting to make working out the hoo ha muscles easier whether for a prolapse, bladder retention issues or just to make adult fun time more interesting. And while exercising one’s PC muscles have advantages to men as well, but when it comes to this device, you’re on your own, guys.

Not a good product.
The advertisement claims “flexible and durable”, but in reality it is so soft that it loses its shape. Just a slight squeeze and it will deform; once released, it cannot return to its original state.

No, I would say these things are definitely durable. They’re made of a great silicone material as well as the weights. I would say these are high quality. They’re definitely easy to use and overall I would say they’re helping.

Good training set for strengthening pelvic floor. 3 balls of different weight.
Hello Cake’s Kegel set ($14.99) includes three balls of varying weights. Given that as women age, our pelvic floors can become weak, I ordered this set to help prevent that. They are very easy to use and with repetitive use should help strengthen mine. You can of course perform kegels without balls, but I akin using them, to using weights. Since each ball is a different weight, you can work your way up in difficulty. I was happy to find that I was able to use the double holder with the heaviest and mid weight ball without issue, but I experimented first with the single holder and the lightest weight. I tested each weight alone before attempting the double holder, and I recommend that method. The balls are stainless steel with a silicone coating. Since this has silicone, you should only use water-based and not silicone-based lubricants.Overall, I am happy with my order. I hope that Hello Cake will sell heavier balls that can be used in these silicone holders.

When your wife’s pelvic floor becomes your problem…
Look, this is not a purchase I ever thought I’d be making. In fact, when my wife’s crotch-doc suggested kegel exercises, my plan was to nod supportively and then never think about it again. But my wife, being a proactive problem-solver (and also too shy to shop for such things herself), tasked me with finding the right, um… equipment.I’ll admit, I went through a journey of emotions—confusion, embarrassment, mild panic—before landing on this set. And now that it’s here, I have thoughts. First, the packaging is surprisingly un-terrifying. No flashing neon sign that says, “Hey, this guy ordered some hoo-ha weights!” Just a simple, discreet box, which I appreciate. Second, the design is… dare I say, elegant? The little weights look like tiny planets, and the silicone holders resemble abstract art. To me they seem like the kind of thing an old-timey robber would use to thump somebody in the head, but I probably wouldn’t recommend that. But here’s the real thing: they seem to work. My wife started using them and, after just a few weeks, she’s already noticed a difference. Fewer “surprise sprints” to the bathroom and she now doesn’t tinkle a little when I make her laugh. Great for her, but much less fun for me. I don’t see her entering any lifting competitions, but apparently, everything down there is getting stronger and more toned—whatever that means. She’s thrilled, so I’m thrilled. The biggest downside is that these box rocks don’t come with a storage bag. I mean, if you’re going to design a set of tiny, mysterious peach pits, at least give people a place to put them… that is, other than the intended place, you sickos. I live in fear the cat may run off with one and I’ll find it under the couch one day.Overall, this is a reluctant but enthusiastic 5-star review. If you’re a husband in my position, just accept your fate and buy the set. Your wife (and her pelvic floor) will thank you.

Poorly shaped and she hated the design.
She hated. Awkwardly shaped, uncomfortable, and didn’t help the muscle (prob designed by a man). To make matters worse, Amazon glitched and I ended up with two … no refunds for unopened and accidentally ordered, so I ended up throwing two in the trash and heading to a sleezy store to get something that matched what her and friends wanted, small, comfortable, and shaped in usable way. Don’t waste your money.
