Dosing is everything with DHEA, and Estrogen control
I’m 58 and have been taking DHEA regularly for 6 years now. Dosing is everything with DHEA — too much and you can block up conversion to testosterone because of estrogen buildup, and you’ll just be wasting money, and you may feel agitated (rather than horny) — too little and you won’t have a steady supply for conversion to testosterone. My wife and I have both felt hormone drops, and we both take this and it helps, but again, dosing is everything. We both take 800-1000mg per day in 6 divided doses, and this works VERY well for us, as long as we also take 200mg DIM (we take Walmart’s Spring Valley), Resveratrol (we get this at Sams) morning and evening, and 3-4 grams MSM daily (AniMed), all to keep estrogen in control and breaking down to healthier versions before elimination. You don’t want to take too much Resveratrol or you can kill the E your brain needs for horny thought — and as a great sexual practitioner once said, great sex is all between the ears, and is transferred from there.For mens’ and womens’ genitalia, you will also benefit from acetyl-l-carnitine and l-carnitine tartrate divided throughout the day. Again, your brain will notice.This brand (Horbaach DHEA 100mg 200 Capsules) is one of the best we’ve taken. With DHEA supps, it’s generally DHEA, or it isn’t, and this is. It definitely helps libido, raises T for anabolism (growth & REPAIR), and if you get the dose right you should feel your joints and muscles feeling better, and less weak from age related hormone lossThere are other brands that have good quality, but their pricing/quantity sucks. This dosage size and amount in the bottle for the price is a pretty good deal. You can buy powder for cheaper, but powders can be a dosing pain in the ass, especially if you need to take with. Now let’s all just hope Horbaach doesn’t raise the price.

May boost your natural testosterone
I rate this highly for effectiveness. The strength of this product makes it a good bargain at this price. I’ve been taking this for the past several years at least. Although I can’t say I feel a specific impact, I had my T-level checked within the past year, and I am WAY over the expected level for someone my age (65+). I can’t say for sure that it is related to this product. I also take D-Aspartic Acid powder, and I train hard. Maybe it is the combination of everything, but I’ve never taken any steroids or growth hormone, so something is working, and I suspect this is a contributor.

Excellent DHEA supplement
Reviews may not include diagnoses or medical claims. This product seems quite adequate. I doubt you can find a better one for the price. This is an item often not available in your neighborhood pharmacy, but thankfully easily obtained via Amazon. They are capsules, larger than medium but smaller than large. They are a pleasant beige color. They do not taste of sadness.

Might be good for some, not for me
I think people react to supplements in different ways. I’m a 45 year old man. I work out 4 times a week. I was recently tested and have low testosterone. I bought this to raise my levels without going the TRT route. I’m sure this may help some, but this had the opposite effect of raising my testosterone. I felt weaker and noticed my breast tissue increased. I was taking a DIM supplement also to try and keep estrogen down. Seems like my body instantly turned the DHEA into estrogen. Could be a dosing issue though. Might start back with 25mg
