Consult with a doctor before taking of you have a sensitive gut. These stripped my stomach bloody by day 3.

Horrible!!!!
This product caused a severe allergic reaction. Amazon’s says no refund but this product caused me severe pain, rash, swelling, blisters. I took as directed. Ended up in urgent care and now on steroids and antihistamines. I want my $$ back

They do not contain enough electrolytes to make any difference
These just don’t work. I’ve been half dead for months and it’s all because I wasn’t getting enough electrolytes. I’ve been taking up to 8 of these at a time and still suffered. I took 1 tablet of NUUN electrolytes and all of my suffering went away within a few hours!

Doesn’t Work
I drink so much water that I wake up with a headache because I “pee out all the electrolytes”. Opted for pills because they’re easier than the powder, yet they don’t work; I’m still waking up with headaches. Don’t know if it’s because I’m pregnant and therefore pee more frequently, but pretty disappointed.
