Amazing ice pack!!! It wraps around and stays in place to really help my knee. It freezes quickly and stays cold but flexible enough to wrap. It is great size to really wrap my entire knee and help with pain relief.

Easy to use ice pack
Very well made. Not too heavy. Filled with gel that freezes when you put it in the freezer. Stays cold for about 1 hour and then you put it back in the freezer for the next time. It wrapped around my knee easily. Definitely helped with pain and swelling.

Game-Changer for Recovery: Better Than Ice Bags
I had both of my knees replaced last year, about three months apart. After the first surgery, I quickly learned how important moderate exercise and ice are for recovery. At first, I was filling Ziploc bags with ice, but that got messy fast.I searched on Amazon and found this product — and it made all the difference. Even my physical therapist, who had never seen one before, gave it two thumbs up. I started carrying it back and forth to work until I realized the price was reasonable enough to order a second one for my office.Now, if I’ve had a tough day, I’ll use it two or three times at work and then again at home in the evening. It fits perfectly, is so much easier than dealing with ice bags, and the quality is exceptional. I’ve even used it on my elbow, and with the long straps, it’s surprisingly versatile.

Works great, straps are plenty long (and I have NFL lineman Knees)Stays cold well, does not last as long as the clay drug store one I bought, but, this one covers the whole knee, stays in place. Dr said I was not bone on bone but had some arthritis, mostly just swelling. Have been in pain for almost a year, steroid shot didn’t do much but ice 3x a day has definitely helped.

Great but not for this petite woman
The ice pack works well, but as a petite woman, I found it was too big and bulky for my thin legs. I wanted something I could wear while walking, and this wasn’t it. Other than that, it’s a great ice pack with sturdy Velcro straps and a soft inner lining that rests against the knee.

I ordered 2 pieces of the dark blue ice pack but received only 1 dark blue pack and a smaller light blue one.The bigger dark blue ice pack is as described. It covers a big area and the 2 straps give good compression.The smaller light blue ice pack doesn’t cover much area and has only 1 strap. So, it covers less area and gives less compression. Not so effective.
