Below is my original review. After dumping the water out, looking it over, adding new water (all from the tap which if filtered) the thing works like a charm! Nice stream of mist – even a little thicker than my 150ml. Better upward flow. Stays on all night. No idea what changed to “fix” it.I guess if you have the same problem as I do try “turning it off and back on again” as they say. **shrug**. I’m loving mine now.*******older original review******I have a 150 ml that puts out this lovely little stream of mist. It is perfect for my needs; a bit of moisture at night. However, it doesn’t last all night. I like it so much that I went ahead and got the next size up I could find from the company – this product.I get it all set up and find 2 things absolutely wrong with it. First the design flaw. The vent where the mist comes out is on the OPPOSITE side of the on off switch. It’s on the side where the plug sticks out! Who thought that was a good design? I just turned it around, but now the plug hangs off the bedside table funny. Anyway, I can live with that.The problem is that nothing comes out. I fill it to – below “max” line – (I don’t need the full 300 ml), put it together, turn it on and . . . nothing. I can hear it going. I even checked with the lid off and it burbles fine. But NOTHING is coming out. In fact at one point I held my hand in front of the opening and it felt like faint warm air.

Stopped working after a few uses
Seller offered a refund, which was much appreciated and customer service was good.Worked well at first but then stopped working after only a few uses but after the 30 day return window. It was nice looking and a good price but I was disappointed with the poor quality and lack of durability.

I purchased this for my classroom and it t is just the right size. It has a timer that I can use and not worry about forgetting to turn it off the diffuser. I also like that is has a light on it. The amount of mist is good and the scent is not overpowering. I highly recommend this product.
