O bought the Kegel Exercise System for my mom and she likes it. The products are made of soft material, easy to clean, and come in different weights. Although some may be uncomfortable at first, they are effective for strengthening the pelvic floor. She would like to see more variety of exercises to keep the training interesting. This Kegel ball has a reasonable design, comfortable material, and is very convenient to use. After using it for a month, I feel that my pelvic floor muscles have become much tighter, my private parts feel more elastic, and my urinary incontinence problem has improved. The effect is really obvious!

Beware they might not be the weights as described and they are not returnable. I weighed each one on my digital scale and not one matched the weight it was supposed to be and they did not at all match the progression of weight and colors. What a pain to get Amazon to refund my money.

Absolutely recommend these Kegel Excercising Tools. Purchased these for my wife as she wanted to improve her muscle structure and to stay in top shape. We were amazed at the quality of these items. They are well made, easy to use and best of all easy to clean. The weights are wide and gradually increase so that you can find the perfect weight as you progress. 5 Stars!! Wish I had found this item a lot sooner.

Great Value, Great Improvement & Then Some💦
Just like anything, you have to be consistent to see results. I have been using this set now for about a month.I started with the lighter weights, and would keep them in for 45 minutes each time, and generally would soak in the tub afterwards. I have been using it now for a month and I would say it has stStrengthened my bladder, but also [enhanced] and disciplined my squirting 💦abilities when needed, and noticed when I say enhanced, meaning I already had that skillset before purchasing this. I talk about them so much, I even indirectly encouraged my bestie to purchase them!
