Great alternative to plastic, airtight, and sturdy
I’m jumping on the microplastics bandwagon and changing out as many containers as I can. The partitions seem smaller, but they are deeper with a smaller perimeter so my chicken breasts and other flat cut meats have to be halved to fit. The glass is thick and has withstood tiny drops from my hands in the sink while washing without a crack or chip. On the lid, the rubber gasket falls out easily, but it hasn’t stained, keeps the food airtight and is easy to clean!The only concern/detail that bothers me is that the partitions do not rise to touch the lid. Because of this, if you put any semi-solid food (stews, gravy covered meats etc.) in one compartment and then shake up the container on the way to work or as you’re placing it into your lunch bag, the food will spill into the adjacent compartments. I love stews and gravys so this kind of bothers me, but the ease of cleaning, the airtight lid, and the sturdiness outweighs that one bit.

They stack as much as glassware ever should!
Anymore, I refuse to buy soda glass cooking dishware. Soda glass is cheap to make, but can’t withstand high temperatures or even normal handling like borosilicate glassware. These dishes are good old-fashioned borosilicate glass, like what Pyrex USED to make, here in the US. They are heavy-duty kitchen glassware. While the dishes aren’t big, they should be good for leftovers, small lunches, or whenever lots of disparate items need to stay apart (e.g., diced red onion, freshly shaved Parmesano, and chopped Jalapeños). Once the plastic lid is on and locked, do NOT turn the dish over, because the compartment walls don’t reach the top to meet the lids, and the ingredients will mix. But that shortcoming is actually an advantage in that it allows the glassware to be stacked. BTW, glassware shouldn’t be tightly stacked, because they won’t come apart easily and can result in breakage and lacerations. Also, the lids are plastic and aren’t supposed to go through the dishwasher OR the microwave.
