Perfect for winter mornings!
This light therapy lamp works wonderfully! The brightness is strong but comfortable to the eyes, and it really helps boost my mood and energy in the morning. Different light settings are great
This light therapy lamp is study and well made. The light comes with 2 different stand options and is also height adjustable. I like that is has various light colors and I’ve found that I prefer a warmer color tone. I’ve set it up next to my recliner and turn it on while I’m reading. As far as the positive effects or mood boosting benefits, it’s hard to say if there has been any change. There is nothing I’ve personally noticed and it seems like it would be very difficult to definitively say that it works. I’m sure it varies greatly from person to person. However, I am happy with the light itself and it does work great as a reading lamp for me.

Overall solid light therapy
For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been incorporating this light therapy lamp into my morning routine, and it has proven to be a great addition. The brightness levels are quite prominent. adjusting the intensity genuinely gives the impression of sunlight flooding in, which is especially significant on dreary mornings in Houston.Its tiltable feature and compact size allow me to position it at my desk, and I can easily angle it without rearranging any furniture. Additionally, the timer and memory capabilities are convenient since I don’t need to adjust the settings every time I use it.However, there are a few drawbacks. I noticed that the base is lighter than I anticipated, causing it to shift occasionally if I accidentally bump it while working. Furthermore, although the varying color temperatures are intriguing, I often find myself reverting to one specific mode as the change between them doesn’t feel particularly distinct. Nonetheless, if you’re in search of a thoughtfully designed, portable solution to increase your light exposure and possibly enhance your mood or concentration, this lamp is certainly worth considering.

Just OK for me
This sun lamp is easy to assemble and install. To benefit from the 12,000 lux light therapy, need to actually be positioned close to this sun lamp. This device feels cheap. When I press the buttons, at times I am not sure whether the function I want is invoked and may end up pressing at least 2 times. This does not come with a remote control, which I feel will come in handy. Purchasing and using this is really a personal preference!

Easy installation. Comes with charging cable and even small cord clips to keep the cords out of sight. The screen size is large. No dull spots and consistent light/ power. Its light weight and has two different stand options. A pop out stand behind for travel or ease of moving from room to room ( also less clunky) and a more traditional stand that’s an arch base ( see photos) very stable and can move to desired height and pointing the light to where you desire. Its a clean cut look and feel. Note you do have to cycle through settings (brightness and light color) which can be cumbersome to figure which is the desired one you prefer with not knowing which is which a con and typical for budget friendly options or models. Lots of toggling to find the perfect setting. The light on full blast is very bright and I dont recommend looking straight at it or too close to your face its quite blinding. The lower settings are more comfortable for up close. The lamp can definitely light up a desk or small area on its own. Overall, the product works well. As for taking away seasonal blues that’s personal and subjective and cant be evaluated for the masses.
