I have not used it long enough to really rate but my daughter has used it over a month. Her skin is looking so good. She has PCOS and has lost a LOT of hair and it is helping get her hair back. One of the things she noticed pretty quickly is her lips are more pink like when she was younger. She feels better. No problem with swallowing them, not taste at all, no digestive issues. I can’t wait to see the results for myself. I am (73) so any changes will be appreciated. Oh, I have been using mine for about a week and my lips are already pinker in color! Love it! I will get back on after I see what happens in a month. Feeling better, more energy are most important.

Helps with inflammation, my lower back and hip pain has all but vanished. Gives me mad energy also. I’ve been taking for 4 months now and don’t plan on stopping.

I’ve been using this product for several months now and taking it daily. I do feel an energy difference, which has improved, but not necessarily all the other health and beauty benefits that are promoted by their spokespeople. Nonetheless, I do feel the improved energy level is worth continuing to take this daily. Protective packaging and quality of the pills are good. Easy to swallow and no smell. However, the price increased quite (about 5%) after the first 3 months of subscribing.

A good mistake buy
I was looking for NMNH, but stumble with Catakor NAD+ an bought it by mistake.In a month using this product, I have seen that my forehead looks smoother and wrinkles are less noticeable… so I could infer that it’s working on the cellular level. I’m not tired. Overall, I would say the ingredients are legit, as I’ve seen results. And the capsules are easy to swallow and have no smell. I’m in my 40’s, living in humid subtropical climate.
