My kids and boyfriend go though this flavor like it’s candy. The taste is amazing not to over powerful and refreshing. The power dissolves very easily and only have to shake a few times. This will not give you an upset stomach. Very great to help with hydration. Way cheaper than getting them at the store.

The flavor is pretty good , you can even feel how hydrated yourself after drinking it, I use to work a lot in the heat for 14 to 16 hours a day, and this hydration packets make a big difference , the give you an extra boost for all day of energy , the texture is smooth so it’s pretty easy to drink it , I love it
