The product does work. I started seeing results after a month. There are small hair growing and I was pleased. It is a gummy texture, but more rough than soft. The taste is fine, did not have an issue with that. You must be consistent to see results.

Love this product! These saved me during postpartum. I had been warned about postpartum shedding, but actually seeing my hairline thin was a shock.
