They really do work!
This is hands down the best melatonin I’ve ever tried! It actually works! The taste of the gummy is pretty good too especially when compared to others I’ve used. The texture is nice not too dry or too wet and honestly you could easily just use one at a time for normal nights but i do use two when I really want to sleep without waking up in the middle of the night. It’s noticeable when they wear off though because i wake up and I’m ready to get up. They also don’t leave me feeling groggy the next day either and I’ve noticed some brands that do that but they don’t even really help you sleep better either. These are perfect they help you fall asleep quickly and then you stay sleep the whole night and then wake up feeling refreshed! My entire life I’ve struggled to be able to sleep and I’ve always been a very very light sleeper so even a needle dripping on the other side of the house could wake me up. It’s so annoying I hate it and so my whole life I’ve been groggy and tired and cranky never truly realizing it was a lack of sleep ruining my life until recently when i started getting sleep thanks to trying to melatonin. I love that these are all natural and even my kids can take them. Even my husband uses these every night with me and they do wonders for him too! He’s a chef and gets home at the end of the night having a really hard time settling down and being able to fall asleep at a decent hour. Using these have totally changed everything and now he gets home takes two of these and within the hour he’s already going to sleep! I love that these are considerably strong when compared to what’s out there in the market right now and also love that they are gummies and not pills! Pills are hard on the stomach especially right before bed for both my husbands and myself and we both found these so easy to take and light on our stomachs so we’re not up all night with reflux. I don’t find these too be highly sugary or sweet either which is nice, but just enough sweetness that they are edible. I’ve tried some that were very bitter or didn’t taste well at all and these are quite tasty and do the job they are intended for. I highly recommend these! We are only buying these from now on!

I have insomnia. I take melatonin every night. The brand I was using was 5mg but I needed to take 2 gummies just to get 10mg. This is so helpful. Each gummie is 10mg. One 10mg gummie instead of 4 2.5mg gummies. It’s a no brainer. Work just a well as my previous beand.
