Good product, makes a positive difference.
I’ve been taking them a few weeks now, it’s too early to really tell & I haven’t had any bloodwork done, but so far I notice that I feel more alert and productive in the mornings. It’s not something I thought about before I took them, I just felt it.The bad is.. they smell.. really.. really awful. However, they do go down very quick and easy and since you take them with food I just quickly follow with my breakfast and I don’t really notice the smell anymore, or it’s just short-lived and to me the fact that they are vegan and have the nutrients I need, it’s worth a few seconds of displeasure.

5 stars…but not a month’s worth like it says
I feel so much better after taking these. Truly effective and great ingredients. It’s honestly made a positive difference in my life and how I feel. Great value for how much it costs. That being said, they ARE difficult to stomach a bit. You can taste and smell them and it’s a bit difficult to stomach that flavor, for me. The thing that I don’t like….it says that it’s a month’s worth. They’re not. I take the appropriate serving size and it runs out a week earlier than what’s advertised.

Vitamins great, delivery, not so much.
The product itself is great, so far. The way it was delivered, not so great. This is the second time I ordered, and both times, the bottle was just thrown in loose, in the larger box with other heavier items ordered. As can be seen in the attached pic, the bottle was dented. Luckily, the product was ok. A tube of toothpaste, was also done the same way. Fortunately, both were ok, but I could see it as being a possible disaster.

Looks great, but we are very allergic
Expected to LOVE these vegan, whole-food vitamins, and they even have a bit of digestive enzymes to help you absorb them. But we had a strong reaction to them, just opening the bottle. These say they are tested, so prob just us (learning that we have latex-food, alpha-gal, mold, and metal allergies). In case it helps, it turns out our biggest allergens might have been alpha-gal and latex-food, which are becoming major allergies in many parts of the world. The Aquamin minerals are derived from red algae, which is vegan, but is a growing alpha-gal allergy trigger. And many of the fruits cross-react with latex, which is a growing allergy, worst among medical workers, food service, manufacturing workers, farm workers, and people who were premature infants or who have many medical procedures. Most digestive enzymes are “grown” on common household molds that are filtered out, but very sensitive immune systems might still react. But i still think this product and kind customer service are great for some people. Hoping everyone else enjoys them and feels even more healthy.

Best Multivitamin I’ve ever taken! 5-stars!
I’ve tried other Multivitamins before. One-a-day for men is better than nothing, but it always gave me a very synthetic kind of feeling and doesn’t provide nearly any of the other benefits that these Wholefoods Multivitamins do.Being that these Wholefoods Multivitamins use a blend of dehydrated fruits, vegetables, roots, and mushrooms, I get a much more natural energy boost from them. I’m very glad they offer both iron and no iron versions. Another crucial benefit for me is pre and probiotics + papaya, which help the gut microbiome. Since I am lactose intolerant, these multivitamins allow me to have dairy with NO ISSUES. Lastly, these multivitamins include great benefits for the skin with omega fatty acids and turmeric, (which turmeric also has a TON of other health benefits too).The 90 count was a little small since it is suggested to take 3 per day (which is a month supply) but I LOVE that they offer a 180 count bottle and the price is VERY reasonable for the quality you get here.Working with their customer service was also a joy when I had an issue with one of the bottles (that was the only issue I’ve ever had after purchasing these for a few years now). They were very prompt, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond with their help. (Thanks Jen!)
