Loved them so much I bought my own bottle!
A friend of mine gave me a few weeks’ worth of these to try because she knew I needed to take Vitamin D, and I ended up liking them so much that I bought my own bottle. The softgels are small, smooth, and very easy to swallow compared to other brands I’ve tried. I also love that they combine both D3 and K2, since they work best together for bone and heart health, so I don’t have to buy two separate supplements.Another thing I appreciate is that these softgels are made with sunflower seed oil. Since Vitamin D is fat-soluble, the oil helps with absorption. I prefer to take my vitamins in the morning, but I don’t always eat breakfast until early afternoon. It’s nice knowing I can take this first thing in the morning without worrying about whether I’ve had food yet.The bottle comes with 300 softgels, which is a generous supply and makes it a great value for the price. There’s no strong aftertaste, and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset when taking them.If I had to mention a downside, it’s that the label print is a little small. I wish the dosage instructions stood out more clearly. Otherwise, this is an excellent supplement that I plan to keep in my daily routine.

Based on my personal research, and my physician’s recommendation, everyone needs Vitamin D3, which packs multiple health benefits like uplift in mood, but it needs to be paired with Vitamin K2 to work as intended. These contain both ingredients and I love these because they pack 5,000mg into quite a small capsule, which is great when you’re taking multiple supplements, and they’re a gel cap, so they go down easy as well. I have not had any stomach upset and my strength and energy level are definitely improved. I absolutely notice if I forget to take it. Also, they last for 300 days, so they’re a great value.

A Tasty Way to Get My D3 & K2
I started taking these D3 and K2 gummies because I wanted a simpler way to support my bone and immune health without having to swallow more pills. Taking two of these each morning has been a genuinely pleasant experience. The golden passion fruit flavor is surprisingly good and tastes natural, not overly sweet, which makes sense since they’re sugar-free. It’s a small thing, but it makes me actually remember to take them consistently. I also feel confident in the quality, knowing the ingredients are third-party tested and free from common allergens like gluten and soy. While the 5,000 IU dose for vitamin D is perfect for what I need, it might be a bit high for some, so that’s something to keep in mind, but for me, this has been the perfect addition to my daily routine.

Easy to swallow vitamins
Love these vitamins! The amount in the packaging lasts so long and their small softgels which are easy to swallow. I’ve purchased the non flavored ones and the ones with coconut oil for extra nutrients which have a sweeter coconut flavor.

An easy way to take vitamin D to decrease your levels
My vitamin D was low and my doctor told me to start taking vitamin D3 and she was shocked three months later when she re-ran in my levels.
