Surprisingly great!
I thought I’d end up sending this back, but ended up loving it! I’m an editor and so often end up spending hours at the computer, ending up with a pretty sore neck (my fault–my posture is not as good as it should be). Enter this massager. It’s big and clunky and looks kinda ridiculous, but it makes my neck feel great! I have found that the best way to use it (for me) is to start it on low speed with the heat on (it doesn’t get hot, but there is a soothing warmth) and use the straps to gently guide it up and down my neck (which is surprisingly easy to do). I continue, increasing the speed to full, for about 5 minutes at a time. These short treatments afford me the most relief. The massage really relaxes the muscles in my neck, and I find the effects cumulative (if I skip using it for a day or two, I really realize how good it is). It’s still working perfectly, it’s easy to use, and a great massager for the price. My only (very minor) complaint is that the controls are awkwardly placed, so I have to twist my neck to look at them and be sure I’m pressing the button I need. Aside from that, it’s a great product. PS–great to use before bed.

I bought this like 2 years ago as a gift for my husband. He just started using it. But he loves it and wished he’d use it sooner! I tried it and it sure works great! Relieves so much tension in the muscles d the red light feels so nice and warm. It’s pretty easy to use and for the design and quality it’s pretty standard. The pressure all depends how you hold the strap but man cant compare to ones I’ve have before 10/10

great product just wish it fit neck area better for fiance
my fiances birthday was last week and i really wanted to get him one of these!!! hes had back pain for years along with many other body pains and he only just turned 30. so ive been wanting to get him something like this for a very long time, but i had very low expectations for this massager, even though i read all the amazing reviews and thoroughly went through amazon searching for the right one and read all the raving reviews on a lot of them i still didnt think much was going to come out of getting one of these. but we just never had any luck with them working the way we want them too. so after reading many many reviews i jumped. still wasnt sure if it was going to work for him so when it arrived in the mail i didnt even bother to wrap it lol i just plugged that sucker in and made him try it out. so good news is everything works perfectly, the massager part rotates on its own in intervals so it doesnt become repeative which i thought was pretty kewl. i love that it has a heat setting, although i do wish it would be just a tad bit hotter but i get why they couldnt do that. so everything works and he seemed to love it for his feet. the reason for the 4 stars is only because my fiance is such a big man that the massager is more fitting for a smaller person. so when on his neck the kneading balls doesnt fit right. so the gap between the balls isnt big enough so where my neck fit perfectly it was extremely uncomfortable for him. so when i tried it i fell in love cuz it fit my neck just right and i tried so badly to try different postitions for him to see if we could find the right way he could get comfortable where he could enjoy it but nothing seemed to work and it just ended up hurting his neck a little. so i would def recommend this product to anybody thats under 200 pound. this product is def amazing and i love it.but now my gift to my fiance is now really my gift lol but i will def be using it and hopefully i can find one that will fit his body structure one day

Alright massager
This massager is alright. The biggest drawback is that it has to be plugged in to work. I was mislead to think that it was portable and didn’t need to be plugged in. I thought you could just charge it and then wear it wherever but that is not the case. It does an alright job but I think it has some glitches because it will randomly turn off the heating part or start rotating without clicking anything. The cord isn’t very long either so you have to sit pretty close to a wall to use it. The heating doesn’t get very hot at all. Overall a misleading product.
