If this is how you like to get your hydrogen, then this is a great option. With the slight flavor it adds it just makes the water go down so much better. After I tried it the first time I never ordered another brand again. It’s definitely worth trying.

It’s a great product and tastes good with a hint of raspberry to help cover the strange smell of the Molecular Hydrogen/magnesium. Most people don’t realize the science of the dissolved tablet and microbubbles or how to use the tablets (See below). Disappointed H2Tab uses PPM as a marketing quantity; 80mg of metallic magnesium is the actual quantity of the tablet. 12PPM in 12oz is about the same as 8ppm in 16oz (such as Dr Mercolas product). “12-16oz” is, in my opinion, a marketing scheme. They should either make bigger tablets or list 12mg in 12oz. Whoever you by from, make sure it is tested by IHSA (International Hydrogen Standards Association), which is verified by the IHSA seal displayed on the packaging (such as seen on both H2Tab and Dr Mercolas products).The listed PPM dissolved is also impossible to reach, so it’s a little confusing and misleading. It’s the microbubbles you are mostly drinking.For those ‘testing’ the PPM…. You will never reach 12ppm dissolved unless you pressurize the container (Henry’s Law), but then it won’t dissolve due to another law. You are drinking mostly microbubbles which fully dissolve in your gut.Most of the Molecular Hydrogen (made from the reaction of the specific type of magnesium with the water) drank is from microbubbles of gas. The actual dissolved is limited by Henry’s Law and is about 1.5-2 max, but the fog is the microbubbles.1. Use warm/room temp water.2. Drop the tablet & wait about 90 secs3. Soon as the tablet floats, drink the water and the floating tablet (it’ll dissolve quickly in the gut).If it takes longer, your water is probably too cold. If you wait longer, much of the microbubbles will diffuse out, and you’ll have a lower dose, but still more than a therapeutic dose of 0.5, so you should definitely still have benefits of Hydrogen as well as the dissolved magnesium.Cheers 🥂

Hydrating!!
I started drinking these Molecular H2TABs—1 to 2 a day—and while I can’t say I’ve suddenly transformed into a superhero with boosted brainpower, I have noticed one small win: I’m drinking drinking water! For someone who struggles to meet daily hydration goals, these fizzy little raspberry tablets make plain water more exciting.They dissolve quickly and easily, taste light and refreshing (not fake or too sweet), and give me that “I’m doing something good for my body” vibe. As for all the antioxidant and cellular health benefits… maybe they’re working quietly behind the scenes. Either way, if staying hydrated feels like a chore, these definitely make it more fun.

No need to take your hydrogen water bottle everywhere!
Great for on the go! I don’t have to take my hydrogen water bottle with me all the time. H2Tab has 12ppm which is more than my bottle at 8ppm. There is a slight taste with the non flavored version, is not tasteless, which I don’t mind, but I do like the raspberry the best sine the other does have a slight taste.

Package material isn’t very sturdy
Ordered 3 boxes, one of which was opened and missing one of the blister packs so basically half of the servings were missing. Will be trying them for evening use for 1 month then morning use for 1 month to see if I notice a difference.

These take a little longer to dissolve than other brands but these give me a little boost of energy when I drink them. That’s nice. Seems to be a good value for your money.
