Worth it!
Overall I felt this did help boost energy levels. I was hoping it would also help with sleep at night (I’m quite the insomniac) but I didn’t feel like it helped much there. I thought the overall value for money was worth it and the pill size is small making it easy to swallow. The ingredient information is clear and contains simple and clean ingredients that make me feel good about taking it!

Inconsistent dosage
I really liked this product, I feel like it made a huge difference when I use it. Unfortunately, it seems like production quality has gone down. In the last 2 shipments I received it was clear to see that the capsules were filled less and less. At first I thought maybe it was just the batch I received. But when I got this most recent order it was even worse. And it wasn’t even a consistent deviation. Some capsules were somewhat full, some 3/4 of the way filled and most just 1/2 way filled. This inconsistency can’t be good and it most definitely means I am not getting the amount advertised.

I am going on my second bottle. (F 54) I am definitely seeing some improvement in being able to focus on tasks along with an increase in energy. I also feel more youthful. Dosage is 2 pills every morning but I only take 1 on days that I can relax and take it easy.
