I’ve been taking DHEA at 25mg for about 30 years. I’ve found it effective in slowing down the ageing process. This brand looks good and hopefully it does the job. Good value if that is true. Time will tell.

So glad I discovered this.
If you’re a women in menopause or pre-menopause buy this! It’s the only way I can sleep these days. Along with exercise, my magnesium and DHEA about 1 hour before bed, everything works again in my world with a solid 7 hrs of sleep. I also asked my doctor about it, she said it was a great supplement for me to add to my vitamins. Ask your doctor if it’s right for you.

I think it helps a bit with my energy and mood. I take 50 mgs per day. I’m 48 years old and strength training. It seems to help me with recovering from workouts, nothing Earth shattering for me though, your mileage may vary
