Good Price good taste hydration mix
I really like Nuticost products, they seem to be as advertised at a reasonable cost. I was looking for a flavored drink without added sugar, and the electrolyte complex fits the bill. I just am not much of a fan of plain water, so this helps me to keep up my daily hydration without adding calories.But I do wish they had a lemon-lime flavor but the fruit punch if tasty enough.

Great stuff. Love the fruit punch flavor. I usually do 1/2 scoop with a couple tiny stevia scoops added to it. Perfect beverage. I used to get Key Nutrients Kiwi Strawberry, but they have gotten greedy (90 servings for $39.95 vs. Nutricost’s 120 servings for $27.95 – no contest!). I was happy to dump Key Nutrients as they WAY OVERCHARGE! I think they’re likely to lose their market share to Nutricost, which has a great product here. I just hope they maintain the affordable price. If so, I’ll continue to buy this indefinitely.

Hands down the best electrolyte mix without the sugar or fake sugars that kill you
The taste is good, but if you are used to electrolytes sweetened with Erythritol, Xylitol sugars, you will it lacking. But the problem with those sweeteners is that in recent scientific studies the have been demonstrated to cause hyper clotting of blood cells, presenting risks of stroke, and other clot problems like thrombosis and embolization. Other artificial sweetener can contribute to bad gut biome or risk of diabetes. This is solely sweetened with stevia, a natural sweetener. Plus, this one includes Magnesium, which important for heart health and missing in most electrolyte formulations.

Our Daily electrolyte drink for endurance training
We love this stuff.Cost per serving is lower than any others. We’ve used, bought, or tried, at least a dozen different electrolyte mixes, and some of the fancy ones are more delicious or maybe more balanced, but we still use this as our daily fallback.It’s a bit low in sodium but we make up for that without much trouble in our diets.My kids are all competitive endurance athletes and I train a bit myself, so living in the high desert, replenishment is essential. We mix with creatine and my oldest, who trains the hardest, mixes it a tiny bit of extra homemade electrolyte drink (famous alphabet brand’s online recipe) to compensate for slight deficiencies.I love that it has B vitamins, that it’s colored with beat juice, that it mixes up easily.The fruit punch flavor tastes good, if not a little tart at times which is usually pretty refreshing. Shakes up in a shaker bottle, even with the creatine, really easily.One of my daughter’s favorite tricks is to throw it with ice in the blender and make a slushie, which she said makes it even tastier.
