I’ve been taking meno for about 3 months now. I started it because I heard it would help elevate some perimenopause symptoms like moodiness and night sweats.I have noticed a big difference as far as my moods go. I’m not so down or grouchy. Also noticed that I more energy. It took about two weeks to really notice a difference. As far as night sweats it seems like they have gotten better. They are capsule form and easy to swallow. The key is consistency because I feel like they have helped. It’s a bit pricy but in comparison to other brands not too bad to have some relief. I do not take at night because whatever is in it keeps me awake.

I cant say enough about these supplements. Im perimenopausal, most significant symptoms were foggy head, flashing and flushing. My girlfriend recommended these and within two weeks my body regulated. I dont know how or when just know my daughter commented “mom is haven’t seen you flash” and she was right. I stopped taking after 3 months and flashing started. I repurchase and will spend the money until I begin official menopause

Worked great for a few months. I have more hot flashes now than before, and I’m in postmeno! Sleep is hit or miss too now.I’m constantly throwing covers off then back on. Sleep with w fan going and windows open and I still wake up like someone placed a space heater next to me in bed. Fortunately, it’s only my dog but even he’s had to move a few feet over. I can’t take it, and then all day long I get these microbursts of heat. Who doesn’t love that on a zoom call w coworkers. I immediately rip off my top as soon as I can end those calls. It’s crazy and I’m so over it.The only upside is my cooch hasn’t dried out but if it does I might try their other product for that. Fingers crossed we stay good there.Anyway, “A” for effort on their part for trying. Product works for some but imagine much has to do w where you’re at and where your dr leaves ya. She swore nothing would change after ripping out that mirena but I’m starting to really wonder.Anyway, moving onto something else. Try it and see how it goes. It’s run its course for me.

I tried this for hot flashes and restlessness and sleep problems.First week I took 1 daily – I always use caution when starting new things. At first I felt like I didn’t sleep at all and had more hot flashes. By the end of the week it was just ok. Not really any better than prior to starting. I typically have a couple hot flashes daily for a few days a month.So I decided maybe I could try the 2 day full dose. OMG that was the absolute wrong thing to do for me.I wanted to live inside the fridge. I think I had at least 7 a day until it had been a week without taking them. It took at least 3 weeks until the hot flashes settled back down to what I would have considered normal for me. Now I feel like my hot flashes are bearable so at least there’s that as a plus…Now as far as restlessness and my ability to sleep… My husband noticed. He laughed when I told him “I almost left the room so you could sleep… But my legs were tired of moving so I stayed put and continued to toss and turn until it was almost time to get up. I’m so freaking tired.” He said “Me too – but I figured you’d eventually give up and fall asleep. So I didn’t get up either. Now I wish you had left because I’m tired too”.Now for my EXTRA bonus – Migraines!I had one for like 5 days. Then another that took double what I usually need to get rid of one.So…IF you wanna sweat a lot, while being unable to sit still, or sleep and enjoy wicked headaches this might be right for you…I mean, after all, my hot flashes seem mild now, my migraines seem not so bad and the restlessness seems trivial when compared to the 2 weeks using this and the 3 weeks after I stopped taking this stuff….Use with caution

Nice to find a company that stands behind what it sells!Still highly recommend their product! Just because it didn’t continue to work for me doesn’t mean it won’t for others.Worked great for a while, then it stopped being effective.
