I don’t usually write a review but being a woman at 51 suffering from terrible hot flashes i feel its extremely important to share my experience on these vitamins. After starting these vitamins my hot flashes and night sweats COMPLETELY STOPPED! I can’t believe how this simple otc vitamin worked. This is a very good vitamin..Does make me feel better and helps with hot flashes but it’s no cure by any means.. I used this until I was able to get a doctor appointment and get put on some prescription medication but it did help me so, I’m very grateful I ordered it when I did!
