These definitely taste better but I think the Meno vitamins from O+ work a little better on my hot flashes

I have never been more exhausted, short of energy, or brain fogged in my life; and these gummies are the absolute source. Will they help you sleep? 100%!!! You’ll sleep all night, all morning, and all day. Avoid.

Room for improvement
At this price point I was expecting only the best ingredients and less sugar. I’m not crazy about the B6 used and I’m not sure it’s actually helping me. Some of the ingredients used haven’t been studied in women, so that’s also slightly concerning as effects are unpredictable. Obviously different women are going to have different experiences based on their starting point too. I do hope more women find relief from these gummy. At least they’re organic and a reputable brand.
