Got these for my daughter for her first menstrual. The quality is good and durable, with enough heat that isn’t overwhelming. The design is perfect with encouraging words and designs, she looks forward to reading them. They’re painless in stickiness for removal. We use them for headaches and muscle and anywhere else also.

I love these! So much cheaper than the name brand I used to buy at the store. They don’t stick quite as well and they do get very hot. Great for cramps or strained muscles.

These period cramp heating patches have been a god send for my fighters first few cycles. She loves that they are discrete and comfortable. They are easy to put on and heat up immediately after being opened. These stay warm for multiple hours to get her through playing sports and school. The designs are super cute. i got these because i did see some good reviewsthis does not work as well as a heating pad you plug into a wall and the adhesive wasn’t that sticky causing it to move around a lot
