Works great! Stimulates feet even on lowest settings and much value for the money.
This is a great product! I had a Dr. appt with my podiatrist and after explaining I had the beginnings of neuropathy in both feet and he recommended this as being probably as good as the really expensive models. I have to admit, I first ordered a very expensive one with a plastic enclosure that lifts your feet off the ground, but no matter how I tried to get some stimulation out of the expensive model I could not feel a thing and returned it immediately. I ordered this and it came the very next day. From a very short first charge, I have used it several times a day in the past few days! I love it! I have gone up to 10 so far on the stimulation and even on 2 or 3 setting I could feel it working. Very easy to understand and set up. Just stand on it on the floor (I used where there’s no carpet) and the remote is perfect. No batteries or anything. I am sure the sets of pads to use on body muscle aches or stiffness will also work as they connect to the same pad. And the price is amazing! I remember using things like this at a chiropractor but how wonderful to have access at home so inexpensively! I am not sure of the differences yet in the modes, but all that I have tried send stimulation to my feet that makes them feel connected to my legs again and not feel like I am losing the feeling in them. And that’s a very good feeling! My feet are 10.5 women’s and it hit all the right spots even though I am at the outside edges of the foot pattern on the mat.

Didn’t last a week! Very poor quality!
Received this on 9/11/2025; it work correctly about 4 times, then right side didn’t work so I thought it didn’t get completely charged. Tried it again, charging it overnight, light comes on you can move to massage type and strength, but in two seconds, light goes off and it has completely shut down….not one massage. Total waste of money. I read all of the great reviews and tried one at a spa. This one must be a lemon! Is it returnable if it doesn’t last a full week?

Great Travel Unit
This is a solid tens unit for people with foot neuropathy. I’ve had other units and this has great power, charges quickly, and includes a remote. It’s ideal for travel and fits easily in my backpack or carryon. The only shortcoming I’ve experienced is the lack of a program that cycles through the eight modes while maintaining the power level. The current version requires manual cycling through the eight modes while readjusting the power level every time you change the mode. I have an existing unit that I keep at home that does the above.

Awesome customer service for a great product.
I bought this as an experiment and couldn’t be more pleased. The remote didn’t work, tried replacing the battery with a fresh one, reseating, etc. I contacted the seller saying everything works as expected except the remote. This was at 3 pm. The replacement was at my door the following morning at 8 am with a working remote. Short answer is the pad works great and customer support is awesome. Setup takes seconds, it works, controls are intuitive, folds neatly into a small package for travel. This is a must buy if you’re diabetic or have extremity circulatory problems, and if you also have mobility issues the remote makes control most convenient. It also comes with TENS pads for muscle relief other than your feet.

Product fails.
I just ordered my third one hoping it works this time The first two failed at day 32 and 33. I’m not sure the manufacturer even exists. The manufacturer supposedly offers a lifetime warranty but the manufacturer page doesn’t exist. So, once you buy you’re on your own. There’s no support from the seller or the manufacturer

Helps a !ot with foot pain!!
I love my foot massager.It was easy to set up and use.Feels so good on my poor feet.I suffer from in neuropathy (sure that’s spelled wrong) and it helps with the numbness in my feet.I haven’t tried the other pads yet but am sure they will feel just as good.It’s like getting a personal massage in my own living room lolI recommend this to anyone suffering from,foot pain,
