Good for light workouts
I really love the silicone material because it has good traction!! However, it was way more lightweight than expected. I still chose to keep it because I can still get a lot of use out of it, I was just hoping it had a bit more resistance. On a scale of 1-10 (least to most) I would give it a 5

Very impressed! Seems very high quality. It is a large circle, strong durable material but flexible enough to be perfect for the exercises I want to do. The padded grips are comfortable. Comes with a nice storage bag and a chart of 19 exercises some that i hadn’t known or thought to do. Exactly what I wanted.
