Tastes good! And works!
I’ve been using this tea for 3 years and I love it. It taste good it works I can feel the stress melt away and relax. I started drinking it when I was pregnant and my son is almost 2 years old and I still love it. You can get 3 cups out of a teabag.

Absolutely delightful!
The first thing I noticed when opening this package was the intoxicating aroma along with the glint of the silken tea pouches. I am immediately felt relaxed, it smelled strongly of notes of vanilla and rooibos. As with trying any new Tea, I prefer to Place it in water first to see if it needs anything. In this case it needed absolutely nothing the notes of vanilla and rooibos And Coconuts, smoothly rolled over my tongue, giving off a very delightful sweet flavor that then leveled out with a refreshing bouquet of spearmint and lavender. I am ready for bed. I feel like a pampered princess.

It taste good, I love the coconut and lavander taste is yummy.. this tea induce me to sleep very smooth and I stay asleep through the night, and that’s hard forMe because I have to take 10mg of melatonin to help me but with tea I don’t need my melatonin anymore yeyy!!Packinging is very nice but they should find a way to make this brand more affordable because it is kind of expensive for only 14 bags of tea, and honestly one bag is not good for two servings.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the price and because a tea bag is only good for one serving.

Finally, some relief.
Was on day 3 of getting a total of 6 or so hours total of sleep. Had two cups (new bag each time) let them steep for 10 minutes (forgot about them) took my 5 mg melatonin doctor said I could take that had not been working either and slept from 9:45 P.M- 3:20 A.M. I’d say it was a success, most sleep I’ve gotten all week, finally.

Overall helps with sleep, flavor is ok, but item arrived damaged/open.
I feel that overall drinking this tea has been helping my quality of sleep at night, which is great news for all you third trimester ladies like me. (flavor is ok, I am not really a tea drinker but I tried this to help me sleep better ). However, once I opened the packed I noticed tea leaves in the bag, over half the tea bags are ripped open (see pictures), so I need to use a fine mesh strainer after I brew the tea because the leaf pieces are all over in my cup and I do not wish to drink dried tea leaves. I did put in a request to get a refund, however I should not have to deal with the hassle of a return when the product arrived damaged, so I am not repackaging and printing a slip to complete the return, disappointing.

Don’t smell it… just plug your nose and drink!
Okay the scent is worse than the taste for sure. The taste is t the greatest. But omg does this really work! I’m not a tea drinker and I never take melatonin or sleep aids. I was about 5 weeks pregnant experiencing heightened anxiety. I was up in the night worrying about things and it is not like me to not sleep. I drank this tea and I was able to sleep through the entire night. I was so thankful to have purchased this!!!

Waste of money.
Do not buy, this tea did not calm me down or helped me sleep. Product did not work or helped. Chamomile tea works better than this and is not so expensive. This item is also non- refundable so do not waste your time or money buying this. Hope this helps.

It was worth the extra money
For years, I go to bed between 11 and 12 and wake up at ONE HOUR later which is torture and then the battle is on and I end up with broken sleep that adds up to 4-5 hours per night. I want you to know, I went to bed at 12 midnight last night and woke up a few times to empty my bladder and I SLEPT UNTIL 10 AM. It was so wonderful. I cannot wait to take again tonight. I let the tea bag steep very very long in only an inch and a half of hot water so it will be concentrated. I am so happy. Thank you. Today I noticed my appetite was very lessoned which is another added feature!
