A GREAT supplement in Combination with other Mushroom products
Going in for month two now as I also drink Mushroom coffee and with the combination of the 2 I feel less anxious and more grounded. I am working on acid reflux and digestive issues and this is part of my research protocol. Along with a good colostrum supplement and other healthy supplements I am avoiding surgery to hold the acid reflux down and HEAL it! Not band aid it. The taste is good, price is a bit of a pinch, yet I give things 3 months to see If there are benefits manifesting!

Effective! Perk Me Up!
These gummies are delicious, good consistency, and I can definitely feel the difference. I made the mistake of having one as soon as they arrived, late afternoon. That night I didn’t sleep until midnight 🤣 Now I make sure to consume them at noon. I find myself being more talkative, laughing a lot more, and just overall in a great mood. 😁 The reason I gave only 4 stars is because of the sweetener. I’m switching to a different kind ONLY because the maltitol gives me gas 😞
